FAQ's - Inner Journey Alignment Program
What is the Inner Journey Alignment Program?
A multi‑week therapeutic and energetic journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner truth, release emotional patterns, and realign your life. It combines intuitive, somatic, and holistic methods for deep, sustainable transformation.
Which methods are included?
The program blends several modalities, depending on your needs:

What can I expect during the program?
Each phase may include breathwork, somatic exploration, regression, intuitive messages, art‑based integration, Ayurvedic recommendations, and gentle yoga‑therapy practices. In‑person phases may include QHHT or Facial Emotional Therapy.
What benefits can I experience?
Participants often feel more clarity, emotional relief, inner peace, intuitive connection, release of old patterns, and a deeper sense of purpose and alignment.
Are all parts available online?
No.
In‑person only:
- Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT).
- Facial Emotional Therapy (FET).
All other components can be done online or in person.
How long does the program last?
The duration depends on the format you choose (for example 4, 8, or 12 weeks). Each version is structured to support a complete inner journey.
What might I feel during and after?
You may experience emotional release, clarity, inspiration, grounding, or temporary sensitivity as part of the integration process.
Is it normal to feel confused before starting?
Yes. Confusion is often the sign that something inside you is ready to shift. The program helps transform that confusion into clarity and alignment.
FAQ's - Mindfulness
What method of mindfulness do you use?
The Eline Snel Method trains the attention. This is also known as mindfulness. The eight-to-ten week course takes one hour a week on average and teaches children to stabilise, focus and shift their attention with a friendly, alert attitude. They are familiarised with their inner world without having to pass judgement on what they (or others) think, feel or experience. They learn how to deal with tranquillity and turmoil when it arises. How to acknowledge ‘challenging thoughts and feelings’ without suppressing them or being absorbed by them, and simply give them friendly attention instead. And above all: they are taught to be kind to themselves and others.
Who is Eline Snel?
Eline Snel was born in 1954. As the founder of the Academy for Mindful Teaching (AMT) in Holland, she developed its courses and training manuals, provides training in Mindfulness and compassion, and is the author of the international bestseller Sitting Still Like a Frog and other books.

Why Mindfulness for parents and kids?
Because as a family we are a team, and as team we have to support, love and care about the others, working as a group we will reach the goal of having a harmonious family life with no resistance. Everything flows better, we communicate and understand better. Mindful parenting is about breaking this cycle by becoming aware of these stressful situations and unpleasant emotions so you can pause before reacting. Essentially, mindful parenting is about presence and pause. It’s about shifting away from reactivity so you can respond thoughtfully in each moment, and it’s about helping your kids do the same.
What are the benefits of mindfulness for parents?
In adults, mindfulness training has been shown to positively influence important regions of the brain having to do with executive functioning, including impulse control and decision making, perspective taking, learning and memory, emotion regulation, and a sense of connectedness with one’s self and others. Under intense and unremitting stress, all these brain functions rapidly degrade. This can impair wise decision making, self-confidence and the capacity to beneficially deal with strong emotions.
How Does it Work?
For parents the course is 8 weeks, and we meet once a week, via online in total 8 sessions of 60 to 90 minutes. For adolescents the course is 10 weeks, and we meet once a week, via online or in person in total 10 sessions of 60 to 90 minutes. For kids the course is 8 weeks, and we meet once a week, via online or in person in total 8 sessions of 45 to 60 minutes.
What Should I Expect from the program?
Expect to learn how to understand yourself better in a kind and compassionate way and also to embark with your kids in a infinitive and long lasting journey full of love, understanding and happiness.
What are the benefits of mindfulness for kids and parents?
- Helps foster a healthy parent-child relationship with fewer conflicts and stronger connections.
- Increases children’s and teens’ adjustment and reduces problematic behaviors, both internalizing (turning problems inward as seen anxiety, depression, withdrawal, and isolation) and externalizing (turning problems outward, such as acting out, having tantrums, hitting, and exhibiting open defiance.
- Improves communication skills between family members.
- Decreases feelings of anxiety and stress for moms, dads and kids alike.
- Keeps parents connected to their parenting goals and visions for their family by helping them be present and pause, thus reducing emotional reactivity.
FAQ's - Parenting Mindfulness Program
What is the Parenting Mindfulness Program?
It is an 8‑week educational program (not therapy) that helps parents strengthen emotional regulation, mindful communication, and nervous‑system awareness so they can create a calmer, more connected home environment. It combines mindfulness practices, somatic tools, and weekly one‑to‑one guidance.
Who is this program for?
It’s ideal for parents who want to support their child’s emotional development, reduce stress or conflict at home, understand their child’s behavior more clearly, or cultivate a more balanced family dynamic. It is also a great complement for parents whose children attend the Mindfulness for Children program.
How are the sessions structured?
You meet weekly for one‑to‑one sessions where you learn practical mindfulness tools, nervous‑system education, grounding techniques, and communication strategies. Each week builds on the previous one, with simple exercises to apply at home between sessions.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a skills‑based educational program, not a therapeutic treatment. It focuses on emotional awareness, self‑regulation, and mindful parenting practices rather than clinical intervention.
What benefits can I expect after the 8 weeks?
Parents often experience greater patience, reduced overwhelm, clearer communication, deeper connection with their child, and a calmer home environment. Many also feel more confident and grounded in their parenting decisions.
Do I need prior experience with mindfulness?
No experience is required. The program is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, offering simple, accessible tools that can be integrated into daily family life.

RTT® goes beyond hypnosis, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT does not rely solely on positive reinforcement.
While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs rather than the catalyst. RTT during the induction can take 5 minutes in Hypnotherapy can take a range around 40 minutes. RTT uses 7 interventions during the process.
These are tools that help to investigate, interpret and interrupt your beliefs and understand them deeply. In Hypnotherapy you will not experience these interventions, only positive suggestions. In RTT there is a reframe where it allows you to rethink and change your mindset or point of view in reference to your problem.
Hypnotherapy most of the time is the hypnotherapist who is talking in RTT you are the protagonist of your own story, you talk and interact with yourself and you are the one who find the root and the cause of your problem, I am the person that helps you to connect with your subconscious mind and help you to understand and guide you to find that root and cause of your issue.
RTT uses a Transformation tool that focuses on your words and what you really want in your life. Hypnotherapy does not have this tool. A crucial part of the transformation in RTT is to create a bespoke audio that will help you to sustain the changes made in the session long-term, It takes between 10 to 21 days for new patterns of behaviour to be established.
Hypnotherapy does not have this transformational bespoke audio.
What's the difference between RTT® and NLP?
People who have heard of the RTT® method, but not experienced it for themselves, sometimes think it sounds similar to Neuro-Linguistic Processing (NLP).
It’s true that both NLP and RTT® can teach you how to better dialogue with your mind, and understand the difference between what your subconscious and conscious mind believe. However, RTT® has the added—and crucial—step of also directly accessing and fixing whatever blocks may be there. It has the addition of ‘The Transformation’, developed by Marisa herself. Using specific RTT® therapy methods, clients are able to reach breakthroughs that would not be possible with other techniques.
How can RTT® impact physical health and life-long behaviours?
RTT® offers a comprehensive range of transformational techniques, including command therapy, to activate the body’s innate ability to heal and restore itself to wellness from a cellular level.
Science has proven with neuroplasticity that we can actually rewire our minds, which is why it has the most powerful potential on the planet. Using RTT® to access the almighty subconscious mind, we can create new neural pathways and replace old limiting beliefs and behaviours with new empowering ones.

FAQ's - Therapeutic Hatha Yoga Elements (THYE)
Why Hatha Yoga?
The purpose of the practice is to create complete health of your mind and body and to allow breath and energy to flow through you freely.
Hatha yoga uses physical poses to generate strength and flexibility and to drive energy into all areas of the body, removing any built up tension.
What are the benefits of Hatha Yoga?
The benefits include:
- Increase in flexibility– This may seem like an obvious benefit of yoga but being flexible is so important to our physical health. Flexibility allows you to use the maximum strength of your muscles, decreases risk of injury and lubricates your joints.
Flexibility is built up by holding postures that force us to stretch and twist muscles that we otherwise wouldn’t reach in our day to day activities.
- Lowers stress levels– This benefit you may notice immediately after your first class. The way breath is used during your practice stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, our rest and digest state. This enables us to still the busy mind and lower the heart rate.
One study taken by UCLA revealed a reduction in the proteins responsible for increased inflammation which trigger stress in the body.
- Strengthens and tones the body– Working with your own body weight is an excellent way of building strength and tone in the body, and this is exactly what you do in a Hatha yoga class. A lot of the poses taught will be held for longer periods of time, will engage your muscles and be repeated throughout the class.
- Increase in fitness– In a study looking at the physiological changes in adult women after a short period of regular yoga practice, evidence showed an increase in cardiorespiratory efficiency.
- Boosts your immune system – Twisting and stretching your body stimulates your lymphatic system and increases the drainage of toxins in the body. This helps the body to fight infection and illness and improve overall health.
- Mood Elevation – Many studies have been performed to show how beneficial yoga and meditation can be on our mental health. The Harvard Medical School recognizes the positive effect yoga has on reducing anxiety and depression.
What To Expect From A Hatha Yoga Class
A Hatha yoga class will usually last for 75 – 90 minutes and in this time you would be guided through the following techniques.
Pranayama – Pranayama consists of controlled breathing techniques that have a direct impact on your nervous system and life force energy in the body. You would be introduced to deep breathing techniques and possibly some breathing exercises to either stimulate your mind and body or relax it, depending on the nature or the time of the class.
Pranayama translates to ‘life force extension’. Prana meaning life force or breath, and ayama meaning to extend. The practice of pranayama is said to extend the life within us and awaken our Kundalini energy.
Sun Salutation – Many Hatha classes will use sun salutations to warm up the body and build up heat within.A sun salutation is a flow of yoga asanas linked together with breath. They are extremely energising and combining your inhale and exhale with each transition creates a moving meditation, encouraging stillness and focus in the mind.
Asana – As we have learned that Hatha represents the physical side of yoga it should be no surprise that a large chunk of the class will be dedicated to the practice of yoga postures.
You will be guided through standing postures, core work, balancing postures, back bends, inversions and poses on the floor. The structure of the class will be put together in a systematic way to allow you to get the most out of each pose.
Savasana – Or corpse pose in english, is a favourite for many. This final pose requires you to lay on your back with your arms and legs apart, like a starfish, and to let go completely.
Savasana is an essential part of the yoga class and allows your body and mind time to rejuvenate and absorb all that good work you have done for your body.
You would generally lay here for 10 – 15 minutes with your eyes closed and your body heavy on the floor. Breathing deeply in savasana allows you to release tension in the body and to wake up feeling energized and nourished.
How many sessions of Hatha Yoga is recommended?
With 12 sessions of regular Hatha yoga practice can significantly decrease levels of anxiety and depression. 4 weeks (3 time/weeks; 60-70 min each) can have a big impact in your life.
You can also take from one session to 16 sessions . Is open to any anyone who wants to increase flexibility, strengthen, tone the body, mood elevation and increase energy in a holistic way.
